In 1993 the USS Destiny was commissioned and officially launched in 1994. For over 32 years it has had many crews and commanding officers. Each has etched their own hearts to the history and ideas to its development. We now welcome you to add to this great and ever-growing Universe.

The USS Destiny is currently under the command of Fleet Captain William Sowers. Aboard one of Starfleet’s finest Starship, capable of performing multiple missions and directives. The 521th Marine Strike Force “Black Jacks”, Starfleet Operations and Intelligence, and Command Operations all have an active role in Destiny’s daily routine. Our mission is the exploration of the Galaxy, to gather in appreciation and participate in the adventure that is Star Trek. We encourage role play, cosplay and immersion into this beautiful and ever expanding Universe.

Destiny glided across the short expanse with thrusters only. Making a portside turn smoothly locking with the docking clamps. Ltjg Ward smiled as he shut down the thrusters and began docking procedures. Ensign Rider had already received approve from Starbase and relied the information. Once everything had settled, he calmly pressed the panel activating internal communications::: Attention all Destiny Crew & Officers. Flt Captain Sowers has scheduled a meeting for March 21, 2026 at 8PM. It shall be held on our Discord Site. I want to emphasize the importance of this Chapter Meeting. Our Commanding Officer, Commanding Officer of the Year, Fleet Captain Sowers has decided to step down as CO of the Destiny. For eleven years he has served as our Leader, Inspiration and best damn Captain. Fleet Captain Sowers will remain aboard as our Chief Weapon Officer and continue to be part of the Family. We shall also be taking on a new Chapter in the making from within our own ranks. The Destiny will act as Mothership to the USS Candor, Under the Command MCPT Uula and Lt Gallucci. All hands for this opportunity to aid in the expansion of Star Trek and SFI. In addition, Flt Captain Sowers has bestowed upon me the honor of being the next Commanding Officer of the USS Destiny. I have chosen to aid me in the quest and adventure. Captain Jen Ward has been appointed as my First Officer. The Meeting is at 8 but we shall be showing a Star Trek episode at 7PM and another Lower Decks after the Meeting. Thank you all once again for making us Chapter of the Year.
